Job Title: Architectural Designer We are seeking an Architectural Designer with the following responsibilities: Draft architectural designs and planning layouts using Revit, ensuring they meet project specifications and requirements. Create architectural design studies in Revit, incorporating understanding of spatial planning, building codes, construction methods, and materials. Assist in producing 3D models and renderings in Revit to visualize design concepts and support project updates. Develop site plans and detailed drawings in Revit, gathering and organizing site data to support design decisions and project planning. Contribute to architectural research and design by applying knowledge of space planning and materials, helping develop comprehensive project solutions. Create visual renderings using Lumion to showcase design concepts, conveying the aesthetic and functional aspects of the project. Minimum requirements include a Bachelor of Architecture, one year of experience, and proficiency in Revit. The position offers an annual salary of $85,696.
