Collections Supersvisor - Corporate - Call Center

The Collections Supervisor will oversee and assist employees in the performance of their job duties such as responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues. We are currently seeking a highly organized Collections Supervisor with great attention to detail and a willingness to learn. The Collections Supervisor is a natural problem-solver, able to work independently, and proactively seeks out projects to assist their team. 

Responsibilities:

• Handling escalated calls
• Maintaining accurate collection notes on past due accounts
• Providing supervision and training of a customer service & collection floor
• Operating a collections operating system as well as vendor sites
• Communicating professionally with consumers and team members
• Coordinating supervisor duties
• Evaluating and monitoring employee(s) performance
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Supervised at a call center or branch environment minimum of 3 years
• Auto Collections Experience is a Plus
• Goal Oriented
• Proficient knowledge of the Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to spelling and grammar.
• Excellent Interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Working and proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced quota-driven work environment.
• Available to work a rotating shift for collection floor coverage.
• Strong ability to multi-task and work independently under high pressure.
• Must meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Must be punctual and dependable.

Education:

• High school or equivalent experience (Required)

Location:  In person - Corporate Office

Job Type: Full-time

Work Schedule:

• Collection floor hours are as follows: Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 6:00pm
• Friday: 8:00am - 7:00pm Saturday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Day shift
• Monday - Friday & Every other Saturday
• Overtime

Compensation: 

• $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 Salary (Depending On Experience)
• Supplemental pay - Weekly Incentives
