Salary: $68,000-$85,000/Year

ECI is hiring a Construction Project Manager I :

The Construction Project Manager I will be responsible for the following:

• Manage daily and weekly crew timecard submissions.
• Review and approve project billing and vendor invoices.
• Create, track, and reconcile purchase orders.
• Coordinate the Accounts Payable (AP) submissions for project expenditures, materials, and subcontractor services.
• Organize and maintain job folders, project documents, and permits throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Submit and track utility locate requests to ensure safe excavation and compliance.

Requirements:

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Regional travel will be required. Our HQ is in West Concord, MN.
• 1 to 4 years of experience in underground utility construction.
• Promote and support the Company's Core Values by modeling desired behaviors.
