Job Title: Operations Manager/COO Location: Brooklyn, NY (with option to work from Monsey) Job Type: Full-time Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 per year + profit share (up to 5%) About Us: Our Client is a rapidly growing title company seeking an experienced Operations Manager/COO to oversee daily operations, drive growth, and ensure exceptional customer service. Job Summary: We're looking for a seasoned operations professional with all-encompassing title industry knowledge to lead our team. The ideal candidate will possess 5-10 years of experience, excellent leadership skills, and expertise in searching reports. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team
  • Drive business growth through strategic planning and process improvement
  • Ensure timely and accurate searching reports
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, underwriters, and stakeholders
  • Implement and manage company policies and procedures
  • Analyze and optimize operational workflows
  • Collaborate with senior management to achieve company goals
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in title industry operations
  • In-depth knowledge of searching reports and title industry regulations
  • Proven leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work from Brooklyn or Monsey office
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Title industry certifications (e.g., CTL, CTP)
  • Experience with title software and technology
  • Familiarity with New York State title regulations
