Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Specialist

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) professional to lead the implementation and ongoing support of our Business Central environment. This role serves as a key liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring successful deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement of the ERP system. The ideal candidate will possess both technical expertise and strong business insight, playing a critical role in enhancing platform performance and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the internal subject matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Collaborate with cross-functional departments to assess needs and configure BC accordingly.

Work in partnership with the external implementation partner to ensure project milestones are met, including participation in meetings, documentation of requirements, and coordination of deliverables.

Develop and execute system customizations and modifications, ensuring thorough testing and validation.

Create and maintain a robust knowledge base, including documentation and video tutorials to support end users.

Provide ongoing troubleshooting, support, and training to ensure optimal system utilization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

In-depth understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central architecture, data structures, and integration capabilities.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
*

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to train and support users across departments.

Experience in ERP implementation, configuration, and customization.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proficiency in reporting tools such as Power BI, Business Central reports, or Cosmos.
*

Background in financial management and accounting processes.

Experience with AL development for Business Central.
