**Position Overview:**
We are looking for a results-driven Facebook Ads Specialist to develop, implement, and optimize our Facebook advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Facebook's advertising platform, audience targeting, and analytical skills to maximize ROI.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Create and manage Facebook ad campaigns from concept through execution.
* Conduct audience research and develop targeting strategies to reach desired demographics.
* Monitor and analyze ad performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to improve results.
* Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and visuals.
* Stay updated with Facebook's advertising policies and best practices.
* Provide regular reports on campaign performance and insights for future strategies.
**Qualifications:**
* Proven experience managing Facebook advertising campaigns.
* Proficiency with Facebook Ads Manager and related tools.
* Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform decisions.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
**Bonus Points:**
* Experience with other digital advertising platforms (e.g., Instagram, Google Ads).
