Job Description

We are seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to assist in product design and production. This role requires on-site collaboration with the production team to optimize manufacturing processes and enhance product development.

Responsibilities:

• Design and improve products and components to enhance functionality and manufacturability.
• Develop jigs and fixtures to streamline production and improve efficiency.
• Implement new technology, including automation, PLC controllers, welding systems, and software solutions , to optimize manufacturing.
• Design industrial processing systems to enhance production capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Agricultural Engineering preferred. (Candidates with a degree in Manufacturing Technology or relevant experience will also be considered.)
• Proficiency in CAD software – SolidWorks preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills .
• Hands-on knowledge of manufacturing processes and best practices .
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
