NOW HIRING: Production Assistant – Materials Recovery Facility

We are a leading staffing agency seeking a Production Assistant to support operations at a high-performance recycling facility in Boulder County . Position Type: Full-time

Location: Boulder, CO

Schedule: Monday–Friday (occasional flexibility may be required)

Pay: Competitive, based on experience

About the Role

The Production Assistant supports both the administrative and operational functions of a busy Materials Recovery Facility. This role offers a mix of hands-on work and behind-the-scenes coordination. You’ll be part of a collaborative team and have opportunities for cross-training and career development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and record daily production metrics and reports
• Support safety program implementation and documentation
• Serve as backup to the Production Manager
• Communicate with operations teams, contractors, and service providers
• Participate in staff feedback and supervision
• Oversee hazardous material disposal and conduct safety trainings
• Assist with inventory tracking, PPE and supply ordering
• Learn system operations; may assist with equipment operation
• Take on special projects and cross-train across operations departments

What We're Looking For:

• Strong writing, communication, and computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Spanish/English bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
• Willingness to learn and work in a diverse, team-based environment
• Must complete or pass the OSHA 30-Hour General Industry safety training
• Ability to adapt in a high-energy production setting
