Ferrero USA, a leading global confectionery manufacturer with a strong track record of innovations and a great reputation for the quality of its products, is looking for a Production QC Assistant to support our Production Operations team. The position will work out of our Somerset, NJ factory location and reports to the Production Manager or Shift Supervisor. The primary responsibility of the Production QC Assistant is to ensure that the proper QC line checks are carried out and that all bulk and finished goods comply with Ferrero standards. In addition, their responsibility includes escalation of any out of spec or non-conforming items to the shift supervisor/production manager and/or QA manager. This is a non-exempt position and will involve overtime work.
This is a 2nd shift position - 4pm - 12:30am.
The base salary range for this position is $40,000 - $50,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.
