Position: Project Manager – Masonry and Concrete Restoration

Union subcontractor seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee multiple municipal construction projects for agencies (such as DASNY, DOT, Parks, OGS etc) with a strong emphasis on masonry and concrete restoration. This is a hands-on role involving all phases of project execution, including documentation, coordination, and client relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects concurrently from inception to completion.
• Oversee and prepare comprehensive project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, change orders, and scopes of work.
• Coordinate and attend field and client meetings as needed.
• Ensure smooth communication with clients, architects, vendors, and subcontractors to drive project success and client satisfaction.
• Actively build and maintain strong professional relationships to support long-term collaboration.

Qualifications & Required Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience in municipal and/or commercial construction is required.
• In-depth knowledge of masonry and/or concrete restoration is essential – candidates without this experience will not be considered .
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and follow up with internal teams and external partners.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Skilled in drafting professional project documentation and correspondence.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project.
• Experience with AutoCAD is preferred but not necessary.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Competent in developing project scopes, budgets, and schedules.
• Familiarity with union labor and prevailing wage requirements is a plus.
