Job Title - Project Manager

Experience Required - 10+ Years

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, or related field (master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 2+ years in cybersecurity.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and controls.
• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and/or Agile experience.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, CIS, ISO 27001).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
• CISSP, CISM, or other cybersecurity certifications.
• Experience with Identity & Access Management initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of cybersecurity projects (e.g., risk assessments, compliance audits, incident response planning, vulnerability management programs, etc.)
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, compliance, legal, and business units.
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor and report on project progress, KPIs, and performance to senior leadership.
• Ensure cybersecurity projects align with enterprise security architecture and business goals.
• Assist with vendor selection, contract negotiation, and third-party risk assessments.
• Support compliance with regulatory standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, or PCI-DSS.
• Facilitate security awareness and training programs as needed.

Base salary range: $100000 to $120000 per year
